Location: The four-star Hotel Bilyana Beach is situated on the beach, 500 meters away from the centre of Nessebar and all its shops, restaurants and bars and 30 kilometers away from Bourgas airport.

Accommodation: The eight-storey, built in 2004 and renovated during the winter of 2016/17, Hotel Bilyana Beach is accessible only for tourists over 16 years of age and offers accommodation in 137 double rooms, equipped with an air-conditioner, a TV with satellite channels, a safe deposit box, a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a spacious balcony, revealing either a frontal or a partial sea view and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a hair dryer.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 28 square meters. The double rooms dispose of one double or two single beds and one more standard, extra, bed. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

Furthermore, the hotel disposes of an outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas, chaise-lounges and towels and an indoor, heated in May, in September and in October, swimming pool with working hours from 09.00 until 19.00, umbrellas, chaise-lounges and towels, as well as Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel, parking, available upon prior request and upon availability, a safe deposit box at the reception desk, a mini market and laundry. 300 meters away there is an ATM and a change bureau.
